Here are the Top three toppers of CSE 2019:
1. Pradeep Singh (Rank-1)
Pradeep Singh hails from Tewri village, near Sonipat, Haryana. He is the son of former village Sarpanch Sukhbir Singh. Pradeep had cleared the UPSC civil services exam last year also and was under training as an Indian Revenue Service Officer in the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN) in Faridabad, Haryana. Pradeep had appeared in the UPSC four times and last year he had secured 260th rank in the exam.
2. Jatin Kishore (Rank-2)
Jatin Kishore lives in New Delhi who secured All India Rank 2 in the IAS exam 2019 is a 2018-batch officer of Indian Economic Service (IES) and posted as Assistant Director in the Ministry of Rural Development. His father is a government servant. Second-rank holder KishoreFor IAS Prelims, he suggested, the candidates should attempt a high number of questions up to 100 questions. He suggests a repeated revision is the key to success in the IAS exam. Also, the candidates should focus on current Affairs. He suggests almost all the books and best strategy is available online now and the candidates can do the IAS Preparation at their own place and there is no need to come and stay in Delhi.
3. Pratibha Verma (Rank-3)
Pratibha Verma secured rank 3 among all and she was the topper in the female category. She is a B Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. She hails from Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Pratibha Verma is an officer of the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax). It was her third Attempt. She was working in Vodafone before coming to Delhi. Pratibha Verma secured 489th rank in the civil services exam 2018.
UPSC Civil Services 2019

Here are the Top three toppers of CSE 2018:
1. Kanishak Kararia (Rank-1)
He is the topper of the CSE 2018 conducted by UPSC. He graduated from IIT Bombay in computer science and engineering. At present, he is a Data Scientist at QPLUM, Bengaluru. His father, Sanwar Mal Verma, is also an IAS officer. Moreover, in the year 2010, he had topped the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced in the Schedule Cast (SC) category and did Computer Science Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay afterward.
He had joined coaching for JEE at Kota, Rajasthan since class 9th and has also interned with Microsoft India. By choosing Mathematics as his optional subject, he has proved that Maths is also a cake walk if someone is dedicated enough.
2. Akshat Jain (Rank-2)
He has got rank 2nd in the civil services exam conducted by UPSC. He did his graduation from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati. His father's name is Mr. D C Jain and he is Joint Director in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), New Delhi. His mother, Mrs. Simmi Jian, is an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer.
Akshat has also worked in R&D institute of Samsung in Bangalore. His parents have always been the inspiration and due to which he had started preparing for IAS from a very young age.
3. Junaid Ahmed (Rank-3)
He secured 3rd position in CSE. After his initial schooling from St Mary’s School in Bijnor district Nagina town in Uttar Pradesh, he completed his graduation from Sharda University. Afterward, he started preparing for the UPSC exam. He said, “I belong to a middle-class background – every parent in India wants their child to become an IAS officer, my parents were no different. I was not so keen, but with time I realized that I can do it and then prepared myself for it.” His father is a lawyer and his mother is a homemaker and he is really an inspiration to many aspirants who want to do something for the nation.

Here are the Top three toppers of CSE 2017:
1. Durishetty Anudeep (Rank-1)
The UPSC first-rank holder Durishetty Anudeep, from the OBC category, topped the examination in 2017. Currently serving as an Assistant Tax Commissioner in Hyderabad, Durishetty Anudeep started preparing for the Union Public Service Commission examination in 2012. He had failed thrice before, and the journey was not easy for him. He has studied engineering from BITS Pilani and has also worked for Google.
2. Anu Kumari (Rank-2)
Anu Kumari, a Delhi University graduate, came second in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam 2017. She is the mother of a 4-year-old child. This was her second attempt in UPSC CSE. She hails from Haryana’s Sonipat. Anu Kumari has graduated with BSc (Hons) in Physics from the Delhi University. After graduation, she has done an MBA (Finance and Marketing) from IMT, Nagpur. She worked for almost a decade in the corporate sector before deciding to give UPSC a chance.
3. Sachin Gupta (Rank-3)
Sachin Gupta of Haryana’s Sirsa district secured the All India 3rd rank in the Civil Services examination 2017, the results of which were declared by the Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) on Friday. Gupta completed his mechanical engineering degree from Thapar University, Patiala. After completing his engineering studies, Gupta worked at a private company in Gurugram.

Here are the Top three toppers of CSE 2016:
1. Nandini K R (Rank-1)
Nandini is currently on probation as a Revenue Service (IRS) officer hails from Kolar (known for gold mining) in Karnataka, cracked the exam in her fourth attempt.
In the 2014 edition of the civil services exam, Nandini had cleared the IAS Exam but she managed to get 849th rank. She is a civil engineering graduate from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bengaluru and she has a strong willingness to work in the education sector of Indian.
2. Anmol Sher Singh Bedi (Rank-2)
Anmol Sher Singh Bedi, a 23-year-old son of an educator has secured the second rank in CSE 2016. He is an engineering graduate in computer science from BITS, Pilani, Rajasthan.
Anmol hails from Amritsar his father Dr. Sarabjit Singh Bedi is an educationist and his mother, Jassi Bedi is working with an NGO. He gives credit for his success to his family, especially his sister Gursimran Kaur Bedi, for his astounding performance. Anmol studied around eight hours a day and never stuck to any particular strategy. His interest in services in UPSC Civil Services is Indian Foreign Service (IFS).
3. Gopalakrishna Ronanki (Rank-3)
Gopalakrishna Ronaki is a son of Ronanki Appa Rao, a farmer from Parasamba village in Palasa block of Andhra Pradesh.
Ronanki has graduated in pharmacy from Vizag and did his MBA from Niper, Mohali. He did his schooling in Telugu-medium and appeared for the UPSC interview in Telugu. His optional subject in IAS Mains was Telugu literature.
